Jonathan Merrell leads the Global Information Technology team, with responsibility for the design, implementation, strategy, and governance of the Global Information Technology Group. He has spent over 25 years in the information technology field, designing and implementing highly redundant global networks, technology distribution systems, E-commerce transaction systems, and unified communications platforms. Mr. Merrell has spent three years with SYNNEX redesigning the global VoIP communications platforms, enhancing and developing the security protocols and cloud delivery platforms. Mr. Merrell’s skill and expertise in developing and implementing innovative technology solutions plays a major role in enabling Concentrix to enhance and optimize the performance of clients’ customer ecosystems.
